Consider a Pig Roast! Whether you chose to cater or present a roast yourself, T&C will provide you with finest quality meats and side dishes to make your event a unique experience and a definite success while at the same time relieving you of much of the work required in food preparation. Starting with a centerpiece full or half Pig (30 to 100 lbs), weight depends on the number expected guests but figure at around one lb. per guest. Note that all weights are the pig uncooked. For your convenience, we can cut your roast pork into serving pieces at no extra charge.
